Welcome to Shortcuts, the home of custom denim shorts.
Everything in the store is a one of a kind item, so if the listing is repeated the wash and fastening may vary but the garment will be very similar if not identical.
All measurements are taken lying flat.
Be sure to carefully check your measurements against those provided to ensure optimum fit. Since vintage denim tends to run much smaller than modern sizes please ignore the tag size in the pictures and follow the 2016/17 size guide below. Please note this is just an estimate, so please measure yourself for the perfect fit :).
WAIST: The smallest circumference of your stomach, most likely to be where your belly button is.
RISE: How high the shorts are from the button to the crotch.
HIPS: The biggest circumference of your hips, most likely to be around your bottom.
Size Chart 2016/17:
Extra Small: 24-25" waist
Small: 26-27" waist
Medium: 28-29" waist
Large: 30-31" waist
Large: 32-34"" waist

All packages shipped within the United Kingdom are shipped via Royal Mail special delivery which takes a maximum of 2 days for delivery.
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Airsure, which is fully tracked and generally takes about 5-6 days for delivery. Please note that international packages go through customs twice; therefore international packages are subject to occasional delays.

Given that these shorts are vintage (1960's-1980's), they are subject to show wear and tear.
Also as with most denim with deliberate slashing and fraying, cut off shorts will continue to fray as time goes on. If you want to stop the process of fraying it is best to hand wash the garment.
Garments with fabric appliqué should be hand washed for optimum garment life.
N.B Given that the items are vintage some shorts may not have the Levi tag on the back.
